hey hey hey... after 3 weeks of interviews.... Ups & Downs...

I've finally found a job.... in an accounting firm.. of course not doing accounts but but... doing Investments stuff! sounds like a tough & challenging job but sure have opportunities to learn... may have to travel overseas once in a while...

Excited yet dunno if I am up to the job or not... but I trust I'll do my best!!!!

Long weekend...

oooOOOOoooo.. it was a long long weekend... I promised Darling to make him good food... sooo I tried to do.... "wu xiang".... a traditional dish taught by Darling's mummy...

Friday Morning

0800am: Woke up on time, wanted to go Sheng Siong buy the materials needed to make the dish..... oh oh... tried calling xin xin wanna jio her for breakfast.. she say i mad!!! wahahaha

0930am: Reached Darling's house; decided to take a nap first...

1100am: Start the "making food session".....cut cut.. chop chop.. stir stir... wrap wrap... steam steam... cook cook

1500pm: ITS DONE & .............. here's the picture of the dish!!

haha... so proud of my doings... i "tabao" some and send it to ah Steph for her to try!!!! she said was nice... lol.. so happy

Right Place @ Right Time for the Right Thing

Haiz... apparently got rejected for the job I've been waiting for soooo long.... I was so disappointed when I receive that news... Keep wondering what went wrong... Why am I so lousy? Can't even perform well in interviews... I used to be a recruitment consultant and advise people how they should be presenting themselves in the interview and I failed? How lousy I am....

I managed to talk to the interviewer and he gave me some of his personal feedback.... At the same time, he was kind enuf to comfort me by saying that jobsearch sometimes really require some luck.... & timing... to have the right place @ the right time for the right job...


Luck... Time... Fate.... does matter in jobsearch??!!??

Screwed up interview

I went for an interview with a foreign bank on Tuesday.... marketing-related position... Me kinda interested in the position and was selected for 2nd interview today...............................

but.. i tink i screwed tings up... the interview lasted for only about 15 min.. she ask question and i answered; suddenly she ended the interview; seems as if she picked up some points i've said she was not pleased..

haiz... what did i reali say wrong??????? do you think they will still select me?????

Long time no see....

Hey hey hey... I know I know I've been eating snake for too long... since I entered Kelly Services.. haven been blogging till now that I leave them... haaa... and yesh.. I've left them... cannot "tahan" le... so who has won the bet? 6 months!

Now I am back to my previous accounting firm for the time being till I find another new job... at this point of time, I am still very confused myself as to what kind of job to look for... Vexed....

Recently I realise my temper has been getting from bad to worse.. very short-tempered.. probably "auntie visit"? probably stressed over job search? haiz.. hope this period will be over soon....

I miss I miss the talk cock session with the Starhub girls.... ......... .............. .....................
