It's probably time for me to really sit down to think over what's the next step for myself... I shouldn't go ahead blindly with the plans just because it has been for so long, should I? (anyway it's not that long afterall)

Issit Time To Move On?
Haiz.. I am getting sick and tired of my boss and this job... Actually the job is ok, it is my boss that's really getting on my nerves.
Anyway, in the first place, I am being employed to handle the contract between our company and the HK govt. However, this contract has to be renewed every 2 years and we have to bid for it. The contract shall be due end of this year, meaning, we have to go for bidding AND there is a possibility we are not going to get it. Thou possibility is small but my rice bowl is at stake. Further more, my dear boss always likes to threaten me saying that if I don't hit the target.. if I don't match the XXX expectations.. if I don't this and that.. he's not going to bid for the contract anymore... I HATE PPL THREATENING ME!!!
Haiz... but 1 good thing bout him is he's very generous and pays me reasonably...
So.. should I move on to look for other jobs? but my notice period is 3 damn months.. it will be tough for me to get the new company, if I were to find a new job, to wait for me...
what to do? what should I do leh?? Issit time for me to move on? .......
